Our Process

We start with a No-Charge in-home consultation conducted by one of our expert designers.  Samples of our quality products and finishes will be brought to your home to help you achieve your ideal design.  Whether its newel posts, corbels, on lays or specialized finishes such as distressing or glazing, we can accomplish your goals. 

Design:

Shortly after your consultation, you will receive a preliminary design.  Included will be a detailed description of the project, an estimated lead time, and a budgetary estimate based on your initial selections of wood species, trim details and finish.  Your designer will follow up with you promptly to address any questions you may have.  At this time you will have the opportunity to make changes to your design and layout. 

Service:

Once commissioned for your project, we will confirm all of your choices and get to work.  Once fabrication has begun we will keep up to date on the status of your project as it nears completion and arrange an installation date. 

Installation:

Since Classic Heritage Woodworks installs all of its own products, you can rest assured that the installation will be done properly and in a timely fashion the first time.  Unlike many other cabinet companies, installation is always included in our estimates.  Once installed, all of your cabinets will be meticulously cleaned inside and out to be ready for your immediate use.  We take great care in protecting your home using drop cloths, vacuums and careful employees to ensure a neat and clean experience every time.

Warranty:

We provide a 1 Year labor and material defect warranty on all of our products.  If a problem should arise, prompt help is only a phone call away.
